- Planning for meals, self-care, hobbies, and goals

This month is all about building real-life skills that support independence and success—one step at a time.
- Hygiene Essentials
We’ll break downeveryday hygiene into simple, doable routines. Topics include:
- Showering, brushing teeth, hair care, and skincare
- Clothing care and laundry basics
- Why hygiene matters socially and personally
- Tools, checklists, and routines that make everything easier
These sessions help participants feel confident and prepared for daily life.
- How to Be Effective in Meetings and Interviews
We’ll build communication skills through practice, roleplay, and teamwork! Participants will learn:
- How to prepare and what to bring
- Tips for confident introductions and clear communication
- Reading body language and social cues
- How to follow up after meetings or interviews

This month, we’re celebrating the voices, strengths, and experiences of adults with autism. Our conversations will explore:

- How we can create welcoming, inclusive spaces for everyone
